What We Do

Psychiatric evaluations and follow ups. During our follow ups, we provide ancillary supportive psychotherapy but do not interfere with the work you are doing with your therapist. We welcome referrals from therapists.

We specialize in evaluations and treatment of depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and childhood neurodevelopmental disorders. I do not see emergency cases such as severely compromised and active eating disorders, substance abuse disorders, conduct disorders, or cases of active suicidal behaviors.

I do NOT do one-time evaluations for work/school fitness, custody, legal issues, guardianship, security clearances, or capacity/competency. Also, I do not prescribe/fill out paperwork/provide letters for Emotional Support Animals nor do I do medical marijuana evaluations.

Insurance:

In-network provider for UPMC (commercial, CHIP, and ACA plans) and Highmark (including most other out of area Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPOs and CHIP) only.

We do not accept Medicare, Medicaid/Medical Assistance (we do not take UPMC for You), Tricare, United/Optum, Cigna, Magellan, Aetna, nor anything else not listed above.

Out of pocket option is also accepted. You may seek reimbusement through your insurance, but we cannot guarantee that you’ll get any amount of reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company to clarify your benefits for an out of network provider.
